Serious Blogging

I like to have fun while blogging, its cool to have a good time blogging in community. However, I have a serious side and my blog at times will be newsy and more information driven. A part of my philosophy is to be relevant and to post about the events of the day. Current issues that are in the news and the blogosphere are important things to me as a blogger. I am a news junkie and there is a lot going on in the world that affects us all and I want to share it with you.

To me what happens in the world is interesting. There is drama of all sorts in reality. Sometimes you can’t escape from the situation of the world that surrounds you. I guess as I get older my blog posts will have a more serious tone. Friends I need you to remind me of the fun side of blogging where you find the less serious things in life to share.

Say It Differently

We all struggle with the proverbial foot-in-mouth thing that gets us into trouble. Everyone says something that they don’t mean at times. Its a part of that terminal condition of being human and making mistakes. A friend reminded me how everyone wishes they could turn back time and do things differently or say things differently at least. The best thing one can do is say you are sorry and try not to do it again. Then there are times when you shouldn’t say anything at all.

Lets Go To The Movies! – Avengers: The Age Of Ultron

images (3)So its time for another Avengers movie. More super heroes flying around trying to keep the world from breaking apart because of a really bad guy with lots of destructive tendencies. I enjoy these things sometimes and the stars assembled to make this franchise are people I like. So, tonight I am going to just enjoy this film and not think too hard about it. I am a geek so this is good stuff.
