There is a huge boxing match tonight in Las Vegas, you might have heard something about. Manny Pacquiao will take on rival Floyd Mayweather for a title and a lot of money. It’s being built as the “fight of the century. I hope that Manny wins but I predict Floyd will win it all. Something tells me this is what is going to happen. For those forking over $100 for pay-per-view and thousands of bucks to see it in person I hope it goes the distance, it will be more epic that way.
This is a great alternative to the traditional. We had it with dinner tonight.

Today is the annual “Run For The Roses” as horse racing’s finest come to Louisville, KY to compete in the greatest two minutes in sports. Each year my wife and I have a dish called Kentucky Hot Brown, drink mint julep iced tea and for desert derby pie. This is the only time of year we really care about horse racing. It’s a fun time to be together and to enjoy the spectacle on TV.
