This is in honor of first responders who are true heroes we see every day. It’s those bravest of all souls who run into danger to save the day. They are the finest people among us who are willing to make our world a better place. Real people can be heroic too!
My blog is a personal blog that also features what’s up currently in things from news, politics, weather, pop culture and the like from local to global. Those are things that influence and impact our lives daily. I think its important to share the events and to comment on them from your own point of view. Everything I post comes from vetted and trusted sources that have a solid reputation so you won’t see fake news here. If I can inform and enlighten my readers then that is a bonus. If there is something you would like to see comment below. Current events do matter because it’s about life in the here and now.
The overnight weather has brought much needed rain to the area but in the form of severe storms. We had tornado warnings and watches along with severe thunderstorm warnings. It was very stormy overnight with a lot of thunder, lightning and winds. Some area school systems were on delay or closed. Perhaps this rain will be a cleansing thing that will restore things here. I am hoping the Gatlinburg, Tennessee area got a good soaking to take care of the fires there. Hopefully by this afternoon things will settle down.
Have you ever asked a really stupid question? Have you ever been embarrassed by a question that in your head sounded logical but on the outside not so much. There is an old saying that there is no such thing as a stupid question but sometimes when you get a look by someone who thinks aliens are crawling out of your ears then it makes you feel two inches tall. I guess when you ask something you might just care enough to look a little dumb.
Today was a good day at work. Very productive. It was good to come home and to chill out. At the moment its raining which is a good thing. I am hoping for a good nights rest. I hope you had a great day.
