Frankie And His Claws

Bloganuary writing prompt
If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?

Our dog, Frankie is not a fan of having his feet touched, especially by nail clippers. He won’t let anyone clip his claws and they need it badly. I would want him to understand that we do him no harm and that he will feel better with shorter claws. We hope he will let us do this someday.

A Good Sport Of Something Like That

Bloganuary writing prompt
What are your favorite sports to watch and play?

I am a big professional wrestling fan, and I believe it’s a sport. In the past, I have enjoyed football and basketball but I haven’t been into them much in the last few years. I do enjoy bowling but I haven’t done that in a while. I will watch the Super Bowl because it is an event even though I don’t have a lot invested in the NFL this season.

Winning The Lotto

Bloganuary writing prompt
What would you do if you won the lottery?

If I/we ever won the lottery it would be a family decision on what to do with the winnings. If it were a big sum I would say a life change would be in order and if it were a small sum just do something fun. Hoping for a big sum I would say paying off stuff and taking a trip or two. Donate a little to our church and some charities. I don’t play the lottery regularly so all this is a dream.

My Higher Education Adventure

Daily writing prompt
What colleges have you attended?

I started my college journey at Chattanooga State Technical Community College in 1988. I flunked out. In 1990, I got a second chance at Hiwasseee College, where I graduated with an Associate in Arts Degree. From there, I went to Lincoln Memorial University for one semester. I discovered I wasn’t happy there and transferred to Middle Tennessee State University (a school I never thought I would find myself at) where I graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and minors in Sociology and Political Science.
