Let me first say this, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are good people. I admire them for their wanting to do good for all Americans. They are keeping important issues at the front in their campaigns. They should make their own decisions as to their own futures in the race for The White House.
Now then, I support Joe Biden for President. My reasoning is that he speaks the language of middle-class America. He is welcomed by the same folks that elected Barack Obama to two terms. He is a man of faith and courage. He is relatable in how he has struggled with loss in his life. Experience matters in the time we live in and I am weary of the worst person to ever hold public office as Commander and Chief. Joe knows what to do to make things great for every person because he is more like every day Joe’s and Jo’s and we need that.
We cannot afford to have four more years of the same stuff that has this country in trouble at home and around the world. Joe is a suitable candidate for moderates and I think he is progressive where it matters most and that is health care and civil rights. He will do a great job as president but he also has to get his choice of VP right because that will speak to his judgment in people.
This election is too important. Joe has always kept America as his priority. We can trust him. I do.
As Randy Rainbow says, “Any Dem will do,” but I’d rather it be Joe than some of the others.

eh…honestly though they really need to $ out of campaigning. So tired of Rich Old White guys either staying in office till death (seriously need term limits) or running the Country.

Agreed, but an old Democrat white guy is better than no Democrat at all.

Here’s hoping an old white guy is the stepping stone to someone younger (and maybe even female!) next time around 💖

I agree with the chaos shitstorm of the past four years, particularly the bullying of children in school due to the lack of leadership at the top, but I voted for Bernie in the primaries. I am voting dem regardless who it is in the main round.
As a side note, I think I mailed my ballot late… whoops. 🙂

I respect your right to choose. Though I am not a Democrat, I am sorry the choices were so weak. Would have been nice for Trump to have a little bit of a challenge. 😊

Trump has to go. His handling of Coronavirus and the subsequent market fall off among a long list of other things are reasons enough. He’s incompetent and his team is just awful.

Hmm, right. Not sure what you would have him do aside from closing the boarders and guaranteeing cruise ships and people. What team are you talking about? Everyone in the 🇺🇸 CDC and medical facilities are doing and preparing in every way they can. Everyone stay calm and wash your hands. 🙌

I would have much preferred to have Warren as President, but Joe was my first choice before I saw her. What makes me a little concerned is his views on women’s rights. He authored the VAWA which is an excellent and necessary piece of legislation but women’s rights should extend beyond rights after abuse. He is suspiciously quiet when it comes to more proactive women’s rights measures. I’m hoping he chooses a woman VP (like Warren!), but only time will tell. Either way, he’ll get my vote. The alternative is not an option for me…
