I remember in days gone by I was much more energetic. My body produced what it needed to be vibrant and powerful. As I have aged I face depression and fatigue. Being energetic at the moment means having all things working in sync. Right now hormones seem to be running the show. I am working on becoming more vibrant and energetic because I want my spark back in whatever form that takes.
Not that you were asking for tips – but there are a few things you can do for energy – strongly suggest gentle cleansing in the gut and adding supplements (like b- right b complex by Jarrow and a good mineral – and a good enzyme – sparks of life)

Cool – and sadly I was stubborn and learned late – I thought supplements were a hack – and they have saved me!
But it was not just supplementing – it was the cleansing – too – I even had to do an easy metal cleanse – so simple – used bottle of EDTA (two times – southwest botanicals and source naturals sells it) and that was s top ten powerful helper for me! EDTA chelates heavy metals and mine were high- I also had absorption issues and thankfully the first supplement I took had a little Betaine (Hcl) that allowed me to get more –
Anyh not all magnesiums are created equal
And I have about four or five magnesium blends I like – if u have web and near you – they have s GREAT 10$ one- Trader Joe’s has that one I started with –
And well – in a month or two i plan to have a lot of my healing story in an inexpensive ebook – i want to share what worked for me because that was how I discovered most of my helps! People passed info on and then I would ponder –
