Way to go ladies! One more and you are golden!
If you want to display something like the 10 Commandments in public, study them, live them, make them manifest physically. If you want prayer in schools, just pray anytime when others aren’t looking. If you want your faith to matter in the world make it worth believing. If you want people to embrace your faith share it in practical, meaningful, simple ways that will bring people to the table. If you want there to be more love in the world do it like Jesus, Ghandi, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, Jr and Pope John Paul II did. Remember the greatest thing you can do is to love and love fiercely.
There has been a lot happening in the last few days. Some people had their world opened up while others seems to be in an alien land, well different from what they had always known. People who are different want to live equally in community with others and to have some human dignity.
Many people have more resources available to them that were once reserved for a few. What we have here is a selfishness that has been in play for years. I want people on the fringes to have what others have, acceptance, inclusion, love. The faith I ascribe to is one where God loves everyone, inclusion is the norm and hate and exclusion are shunned. The world is full of people who want the world to be their way, for people who are only like them. We need community to love the freaks and geeks like me.
Right now there is war and rumor of war along with a lot of hunger and famine and there is something we can do about it. We have to be the peace we want to see. Now is the time to make this world a place where we want to live and that place is for everyone.
What we had for dinner tonight and it was good stuff! Its totally yummy!

Today is the last day of the month of June 2015. It is still Tuesday so its still not a fun day in my mind. At least I am trying to make it through with some chai tea and the company of my coworkers. Let’s get to work, let’s get the job done, lets have the best day possible.
Grace and Peace my friends…
In blogging we are all peers.
Sometimes you need to be open with those who follow you. There needs to be a clear understanding of what your intentions are as it relates connecting with others. I am 45 years old and married. My purpose for connecting with fellow bloggers is to be friendly and to get inspired by the work you do. I am writing this because I don’t want there to be any misunderstandings with anyone. We are all in this blogging community thing together and if my words can help you get through the day then its all good because there will be time when your words can do the same.
If any of you would like to connect to my wife’s food blog you can visit there at http://soupdiva.net there are some great recipes and tips there.
Thank you for following me, if you feel a little uncomfortable with being a blogging friend with a married person then I don’t fault you for that.
Grace and Peace
I think friendship is something unique and personal to the individuals who are connected to one another. All I have ever wanted in a friendship is to know I am liked and appreciated. Personally I don’t have loads of friends I hang out with. Being married can change the friendship dynamic with other non-family members I suppose. There is value in these voluntary relationships because they offer companionship and support. I don’t ask much from my friendships. No one should take friends for granted because they are hard to come by. I am not the best at friendships for some reason. Maybe I want to be as valued as much as I value others. I think I’m a okay bloke but sometimes I wonder. Friendship is indeed a two way street though.
