I was surprised and saddened to hear of the death of David Bowie this morning. He was 69 years old but a very young 69. He gave the world some amazing music and entertained millions over his legendary career. His performance of “Heroes” at Live Aid back in 1985 remains my favorite performance of his. Bowie was one of my sisters favorite performers. May we all be heroes today and remember the Man who Fell To Earth. Rest in peace Ziggy Stardust.

This is a favourite of mine as well. But with Bowie, it is hard to pick a favourite song, performance, persona, album, collaboration…anything he did he did well.
