In following a fellow blogger is it weird to follow them on other platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Do you think it is creepy, cool or something else. Some folks might think it is stalking but if the link is on the page of a blogger then is it a invite to check out what they are doing elsewhere? Just trying to have a careful balance there.

I think if a blogger has their other contact info posted on their blog then that is an invitation to follow them on other platforms 🙂

If someone searched my personal Facebook and added me, I think that would be odd from the blogging world. But if I gave it out to someone (I have) that is of course different. I found out I had a mutual friend of a blogger, and we became friends (now she hardly ever blogs) so when she added me, I didn’t mind. Anything linked to my blog or under the name of my blog…I don’t mind at all.

Haha, what a coincidence, the timing of this post ;P. No, it is not weird, like you mentioned, one does not put it on their blog without a reason. It would be weird if a blogger considered that stalking.
