Oh, boy. I am sorry to hear that. I stopped watching and reading the news a little over a year ago, because my PTSD can’t handle it. I used to think I needed to stay “up to date” and “informed” on all the major happenings in the world. Sometimes I feel a little stupid now, but… I am breathing a lot easier these days.
yes, it’s the reason I check it eh not to often. I’ve had to separate myself from the hook’ed world if that makes sense. Not on social media, not on forums etc. Never felt better…
