If you want to make America Great… End homophobia, be faithful, make health care available for all, educate people to succeed, increase pay for the ones who need it most. Be nice and love one another.
Feed the hungry, clothe the poor and heal the sick.
America isn’t so bad. It’s not a place where rich people should have unlimited freedom to get away with poisoning the planet, being prejudiced and being racist…and not playing by the rules everyone does.
America should be good, but not greater than any other country. We need some humility too. Just saying.

I have enjoyed following the visit between our Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau and your President, Barach Obama.It is the first time in 20 years our leader has been formally invited to your Whitehouse. And yet, it was anything but formal. It looked like the two men were old buddies and their wives were equally comfortable together. Apparently no major changes were made, but that should be the case since we have a brand new leader and yours will be done his term in less than a year.
Maybe us uber-polite, apologetic Canucks can have an influence on Americans, and you all can show us how to toughen up a little!
