Last night Christina Grimmie who was on season six of The Voice and YouTube star died from gunshot wounds she suffered while signing autographs after a concert in Orlando. Grimmie was only 22. It is truly sad to have someone just starting out and with a bright future leave this world. She was pursuing her dream of making and performing music her way. Her fans have her videos and music she recorded in her short career but imagine what she would have done in the future. Now her family, friends and The Voice family mourn and try to make sense of it all. Ms. Grimmie, rest in peace, thank you for the music and being yourself. You left the world way too soon. God bless.

I’m so sad to hear of this tragedy. Christina Grimmie was a talented young woman with a future ahead of her. How unfair for her life to be cut short by such a tragic act.
