It’s frustrating when 20% of the people in a group seem to do 100% of the work while the other 80% benefit. No matter what organization you are involved in it seems like a few people do the heavy lifting. It is really frustrating when some give all while other give little. I wish more people would share the work.

isn’t it like that most of the places? 20-40% people working well and rest just living off? >.< sucks so badly but what to do, employers don't look into it.

I’ve been there, way too many times than I’d like to admit. In school I was considered the smart one, the bookworm, in terms of group projects, so sometimes my classmates attempted to put all the work on me. Nope! I tried to point out that the reason we were a team, a group, was that we all did the project / assignment together.
In the real world, I feel very fortunate that I work with a small group of people for my job – Four of us, including me – so we all divide the work as much as possible.
