Back in my day there was no such thing as fall break. We went to school straight through from Labor Day to Thanksgiving and we liked it like that way. NOTE I just said “back in my day” holy cow I’m one of those guys now.

My old school in Kansas had a fall break, but my new transfer school in Kansas doesn’t have one. They have never heard of it.

We didn’t have one, either. Children get so many breaks now. Which is probably why they start school first week or 2 in August. Don’t like that! Ggrrrrr…starting when it’s still hot as hades outside.
