International Holocaust Remembrance Day, is an international memorial day on 27 January commemorating the tragedy of the Holocaust that occurred during the Second World War. May we always be mindful of oppression, hatred and evils of the world that cause people their lives just for being born into a certain religion, creed or nationality.
May there be peace and love on Earth. In your mercy Lord hear our prayer.
I helped give a tour of Blood Assurance today to some students from Girls Preparatory School here in Chattanooga and I enjoyed the experience. Stepping out of ones comfort zone can lead to growth. All I hope is they came away with the inspiration to donate and to make the world a better place and learned some new things. They probably thought I was a complete dork and they would be correct. Thanks to my coworker Rachel Forte for the opportunity to do something new.
Republic Day honours the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950.

The Longhorn is a restaurant that has been on the Northshore of Chattanooga for years. They serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week. It’s good food in a retro atmosphere.

My new glasses came in the mail today from EyebuyDirect.com and they look pretty retro and spiffy, just like me. It was an interesting experience ordering glasses online like this because I usually do it in a store. Excuse my really big head here by the way.
