Depending on the source and the local sound settings, I can actually hear both. On the tweet where I first heard it, I heard “Laurel”, but on The Wendy Williams Show this morning, they played the same recording and I heard “Yanny”. So there are a variety of factors going into what you hear, both externally (in your speakers 🔊) and internally (in your brain 🧠).
