This morning was a breakfast adventure at Syrup and Eggs in the Chattanooga community of St. Elmo. It has an eclectic menu and a very hipster vibe about it. My blue corn “taco” pancakes with pork carnitas were great. This is one of the great restaurants to be found here in America’s Scenic City.
I believe in inclusion but it’s a two-way street if you know what I mean.

Fall weather finally arrived. It’s been unseasonably warm here in Chattanooga but alas it feels good outside.
