I have moments of joy these days but most times I am just in a time of sadness. Cheering up is hard these days. I am not who I used to be. That person has changed. Perhaps I am just being me and that’s all I care to be.

It really is a rollercoaster at times… that feels like it just IS. I relate to you on this.

The holidays with all their emphasis on love and joy are harder when you’ve experienced loss — I have lost and miss still, grandparents, parents and a spouse… I feel particularly vulnerable surrounded by all the holiday “cheer”

*Warm hugs* Tony… You’ve had a lot to go through this year, and it is normal to have moments like these. Listen to your heart, and feel the sadness when you need to. It’s the only way to make it go away…
