Sometimes being unlucky enough to meet that one mean person or for some reason stuck with flashback of something terrible seems enough to unravel me. I try to think of the nice people I’ve met and the good things that happened and think that tomorrow I’ll feel better, and usually that works for me.
That’s being human, you know.
