Today is the third Sunday of Advent. Joy is the theme for today’s celebration. The candle is pink which is different from the other three that are purple. We all need more joy in our lives. God be with you all good people. Just over a week until Christmas. It’s getting close good people.
I am going to say two men. My father and grandfather were great people who influenced me to be who I am. Without them, I can say I wouldn’t be the geek/nerd that I am. They taught me to be a sensitive, caring, and loving man in my own way. I can say I will miss them this holiday season as they are no longer with me. They are still with me in my heart and soul.
I thought this was cute. Elfie sticks are a good stocking stuffer or something like that. Enjoy the humor of the season you all.
Better to do something imperfectly than to do nothing perfectly.
It’s ten days til Christmas but it’s more like 8 shopping days left. If you want to get last minute gifts shipped you might want to take care of that this weekend. Be mindful and be good to yourself and others.
