How I wish I could. For my birthday this year, I called a bakery and they said they could make a cake without eggs, (uses applesauce as a replacement), but the icing has soy bean oil. I’m allergic to egg whites and soy bean oil, so no cake for me. 😦

I have seen The Great British Bake off with completely different alternatives using other milks and ingredients like even programs. May be you can check the recopies ?

Yes, but they don’t make up a cake.
