Thou shall not murder… The Ten Commandments
Hundreds if not thousands of people have died due to gun violence. Many of them have been students in schools of all levels of learning. Guns and gun violence have been a systemic illness in this nation for years. I mourn for Charlie Kirk’s family, but I have a hard time mourning for him due to the fact his philosophy along with other conservatives have stopped any meaningful action on gun violence. I think of myself as an empathetic and sympathetic person, but today when there was another school shooting event in Colorado, Charlie Kirk’s death has consumed the attention of many who could do something about gun violence.
Charlie Kirk will rest in peace, his death is unfortunate, but there are many who still live with the pain of family and friends who have died due to guns.
I’m on the opposite side of the fence on this issue. I hope you don’t mind a question.
Do you not believe that murder would happen regardless of the type of weapon?

I don’t think he should have died. But I do think someone had it out for him and there would have been an attempt on his life regardless of what sort of weapon being used.
