Holocaust Remembrance Day

Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day, Yom Hashoah. We remember the 6 million Jews killed and the millions of others who perished during the Holocaust. The awareness and understanding of this horrific tragedy is waning as time goes by but its something we must keep in our minds lest it happens again.

National Pet Day – Celebrating Pets #nationalpetday

This is our pet/fur-son Cody. He is half lab and half something else really big. He is 11 years young and still acts like a puppy sometimes. Cody has never met a stranger and he greets all with overwhelming friendliness. He all boy, all dog, all heart.
