I am doing some blogging and watching the opening ceremonies of the 2018 Winter Olympics streaming online. On the TV there is the US version of Celebrity Big Brother too so media saturation is in full effect.

National Pizza Day
I’m celebrating this awesome day of honoring the pizza by having The Hot Chick at Pizzeria Cortile in Red Bank, Tennessee. This pie is delicious and spicy.

It’s hard for me to get this in my head. Being yourself is a very difficult thing in this day and age. I just need to be me and nothing else.
The 2018 Winter Olympics In South Korea
The first Winter Olympics ever held in South Korea will kick off in PyeongChang on Friday, February 9, 2018. Athletes from around the world will be going for the gold. I’m a fan of figure skating and the bobsled racing. It’s going to be a good couple of weeks of action. May this be a time of peaceful sportsmanship.

Salad Day At Work, Yummy!
Once a month my workplace sets up a salad bar in the breakroom for employees to have lunch. It’s only $4 which is a great deal. I enjoy being able to build a salad of my own and it’s relatively good for me. Where I work it’s hard to get out for lunch so this is a great thing the company does.
