Happy Thanksgiving 2017! Give Thanks For What You Have

Today is a day to give thanks for many things in our lives. I am grateful for what I have been given in this life. Americans will gather around tables and enjoy this holiday set aside to enjoy the things we have been blessed with. Granted not everyone will get this opportunity for one reason or another but my hope is they will find comfort and connection with people who can care for them today.

Give thanks for what you have, don’t sweat the rest.

Update From My Physical Therapist Appointment

My physical therapy appointment was a good one of discovery and beginning to work out what is wrong. The therapist seems to think is musculature in nature and will take some time to correct. I am relieved its not a thing that would require surgery at least I hope it doesn’t. Thanks my friends for your concern.
