Muhammad Ali was not only a champion boxer but a champion for humanity and his faith. This morning we mourn his passing at age 74. He was an inspiration to many and a fierce competitor. Thanks champ for the memories.

National Donut Day 2016
Today was a day to honor the donut. Eat donuts. Enjoy donuts. We went to a local place for some tasty rings of deliciousness. There was a lemon filled, maple bacon, Snickers, Fruity Pebbles, peanut butter-chocolate, key lime…to wash it down some 2% moo juice (milk). We honor the donut for how it powers the community and the world.

YABAR – Yet Another Blog About Reblogging
OK, perhaps I am just overreacting and making a mountain out of a mole hill about this reblogging thing.
Here are a couple of ground rules for my followers…
- DO NOT reblog personal posts that include family and other personal pictures.
- Ask for permission if there is something original I have written that sounds academic or poetic or something that could be used to advance my life and career.
- Other posts are OK including my music posts and other posts about current events, culture, etc.
Maybe that will eliminate unnecessary drama and angst on my part. I really wanna play well with others and perhaps have some of my stuff get the eyeballs and ears of others across the blogosphere.

Sleep Challenged
It’s really early on a Friday morning and sleep is evading me. Work today is going to be tough on about 4 hours of sleep. Coffee will be my friend today. My coworkers will need to throw something at me if I nod off. I hope you got more sleep than I did.
Do not reblog, thank you
