Hello Friends

It’s been a weird few days in my world with the freezing weather. I hope you are doing well. Let’s see how the rest of the week shapes up. Hang in there kids.

Our situation at the moment. It’s 13 degrees this morning with snow and ice. Feels like true winter.

Remembering Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

May we all take these words to heart. Thank you Dr. King for your sacrifice, service, and spirit.

Winning The Lotto

Bloganuary writing prompt
What would you do if you won the lottery?

If I/we ever won the lottery it would be a family decision on what to do with the winnings. If it were a big sum I would say a life change would be in order and if it were a small sum just do something fun. Hoping for a big sum I would say paying off stuff and taking a trip or two. Donate a little to our church and some charities. I don’t play the lottery regularly so all this is a dream.

Let’s see what happens here in the Tennessee Valley over the next couple of days.
