Hi there, my name is Tony Burgess (my friends call me T-Bird) from Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA. I am a believer, bleeding heart, idealist, and blogger. I'm married to Laura the Soup Diva and a dog dad to Frankie, Cody, and Mikey. Daily I work for a blood bank recruiting donors. My blog is where I chronicle and curate the sacred, serious, and silly things in my life. I am a member of The Episcopal Church. Thank you for connecting with me. Grace, peace, and love!

Thought Of The Day – Haunted Real Estate

I am not a real estate or an expert on paranormal activity, but before you buy a house, do a full house inspection for structural and spiritual concerns. So call Mike Holmes and your parish priest for advice.

Too many people have bought homes where a ghost or evil spirit is hanging around. Sure you get some with kind spirits but they can turn mean real quick. You can’t blame the real estate agent for wanting to make a sale.

But seriously, before you sign on the dotted line be sure you call an expert who can save you time and your sanity. The life you save might be your own.

My new phone came today. It’s always fun to get a new phone every couple of years. So, at this pace, I will be getting a Pixel 9a sometime in 2025.

From A Fortune Cookie

You deserve to have a good time after a hard day’s work.

To My Jewish Friends

To my Jewish friends I hope you are safe, secure and cared for. This extends to Jewish friends and neighbors here and everywhere. This has been a horrible time where history is repeating itself. I hope for peace very soon. G-d be with you.

It’s Friday The 13th Minions

Slaying Dragons

This desktop image randomly came up on my work computer and it’s inspiring and sad at the same time. The notion of slaying dragons is a popular one in literature and mythology. However that dragon might be the very thing you need to inspire you and to be community. It’s looking at something from two different perspectives. Just saying.
