Every once in and a while everyone needs to take a mental health day. Resetting one’s mind and body can be beneficial. For me today was that day where I just needed to take a day to do other things than what they get paid for in their daily work. I was productive but I didn’t wear myself out. Having a 3-day weekend is always fun and makes you feel better when you return to your job.

I hope you all have had a good Friday. The weekend is now upon us and I am happy about that. Do something fun before next week’s holiday weekend has us all in a tizzy.

I did a radical cleaning of my email account and got rid of thousands of email. I’m a digital hoarder I suppose. Let’s hope I don’t need something that has disappeared forever.
