Doing the Livestream again this Sunday from St. Peter’s Episcopal. It’s doing the good work for God and his peeps.

One week ago I was having a follow-up colonoscopy to remove some polyps that were not able to be removed the first time around. Today at work I had Mexican food for lunch and tonight at home hamburgers for dinner. Yep, I don’t miss the liquid diet prep that procedure requires. I can say its a much better Friday.

The devil and sexuality get too much blame for the moral insufficiency of man. The devil made me do it is too easy of a excuse. The vast majority of problems can be chalked up to human greed, selfishness and need for power.

For a job well done recently my department at work was treated to a taco bar. It was delicious and very filling. Good stuff.
