I Support Millennials

As a Generation X’er I find that Millennials are going to be just fine. They should set their own course and make the world a better place. I’m here to help, not hinder the generation that will be making things happen sooner than later.

I Matter

I’m a caring person and often will put others above myself. At this point in my life I need to care more for myself and realize that I matter in the grand scheme of things. Mourning and grief seems to make you aware of yourself and the needs you have as you emotionally go through a painful time. Hopefully all the care given to others will be returned in kind. I hope none of this sounds selfish or narcissistic.

Three Months Ago

It’s been three months ago since my dad passed away. Coming up on Thanksgiving makes it even harder. I am working out how I feel which at this point isn’t very happy. Many of you know how I feel about losing someone you love and any holiday it is will be different. Three months seems so long ago but in reality, seems so close.

Dad, I hope you are well in heaven with the saints and angels. You have done some amazing things with some amazing people I bet. I still wish you were here though. You are missed dearly.
