When you lose a parent it makes you more sensitive and understanding to those who have just lost a parent themselves. I love my mom and dad and I know others love their mom and dads too. It is a sad day when one loses people they love dearly.

It has felt good today posting about normal, everyday stuff today. My time of grieving continues but I am going to resume posting about my regular stuff. Perhaps that will be therapeutic too. I still can’t believe dad is gone but I am still here by the good graces of God. Living is good.

My first time having bubble milk tea and it’s great. Also that rice bowl is full of fresh ingredients and protein. A delicious and different lunch which is good.

I’m back at work after my father’s passing. This first day is my new normal. Let’s see how it goes.
