A busy weekend is ahead. I am in a wedding on Saturday, more on that later. Then Sunday is jam packed already. This all leads up to Thanksgiving week which is going to be busy too. Man, I need a real break soon.

I’m one of millions of people who have Diabetes. I control it with medication and diet. Many people have this disease but it’s not something that is the end of the world. I am seeing a endocrinologist to help me manage it. So to all who have either type 1 or 2 take care of yourself first so you can take care of others.
