Yep, I want to post something but I got nothing, nothing I say. So I guess nothing is now something. I didn’t post yesterday because I was frustrated with a printer and the realization I was going back to work today. End of vacation blues and all that. I hope each of you had a swell day today.

There was excitement and anticipation about our vacation. We were going to get on a plane to head to Florida for some fun in Orlando. It was the first plane trip I had taken in 25 years.

This morning as I reflect on the events of last week I think to myself did it really happen? And I can say by all the photographic evidence and souvenirs we brought back that it indeed took place. Vacation of 2015 will be in my mind and in my heart for a long time.

I have a bit of exciting news I wish to share. I recently got a promotion at work. Starting Monday I will be the team leader of the telerecruiting department at Blood Assurance. My responsibilities will involve leading the staff of amazing people in contacting donors by phone as well as administrative and managerial tasks for the department. This is an exciting opportunity for me to do more at work and to make a difference in saving lives. Onward and upward for me as I advance in my career.
