We all have people in life we are completely comfortable with.  Our conversation with them is open and frank. There are occasions when they won’t agree with you or could be offended. Some people such as your boss there shouldn’t be complete comfort. We all enjoy like-minded friendships but it isn’t always possible. We do have times when we need to be sensitive to those we are friends with.  Hopefully there are some things we all can do to ensure that we are understanding one another even when we disagree. Friends are great and respect is a two-way street.
