Just For One Day

Daily writing prompt
What’s a job you would like to do for just one day?

The question above has many answers so I am giving a complete answer. I would like to have a walk-on role on a TV show. A Canadian TV show because of my love for Canadian TV. Perhaps an extra on Saturday Night Live. Or a manager for a professional wrestling tag team. I would do any of them for free because I would get to hang out with interesting people and craft service. I hope all this made sense.

The Talk At Work

The conversations you hear at work about stuff that has nothing to do with work are strange, loud, weird, and kinda scary. The talk at work can leave you scratching your head. Work can be weird.

Behind The Keyboard

Breaking News – A good chunk of people over on Twitter are just plain mean. It’s one thing to speak out and hold people to account and just being awful. The comments will just break your heart. People can be really mean behind the keyboard.

Heads Up, It’s Monday

It’s Monday again good people. Let’s make it a good day or something like that. Do good for others and yourself today.

Blue-Collar Believer

It’s crucial for churches to embrace the thought of its members who come from all walks of life and occupations. Many are paycheck-to-paycheck and do what they can to contribute with a mix of service and giving what they can financially. Every person has a responsibility to add to the life of the congregation. I consider myself a blue-collar Episcopalian and that is a concept I feel would be best explored. No matter what is in one’s bank account, what is in their hearts and souls matters most.

I Vote, It Matters

Daily writing prompt
Do you vote in political elections?

I vote in every election although as a person who is left of center living in a deep red state, my votes don’t always mean my candidates winning. Voting is a right and privilege that everyone should exercise. Voting can mean the difference between order and chaos as we have seen.
