I have moments of joy these days but most times I am just in a time of sadness. Cheering up is hard these days. I am not who I used to be. That person has changed. Perhaps I am just being me and that’s all I care to be.

I’m on week three of my Facebook exile. Its still going good. No problems or fear of missing out. Ready to keep it going.

Today we had our holiday lunch at work. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese with cherry cobbler. It was good and tasty. Nice gesture from the folks at work.
