Today was my boss’ last day and this was a going away picture with some of the folks I work with. We work hard to help provide a safe and adequate blood supply to our region. Nerds get stuff done. Farewell Avery, thank you for believing in me and for taking a chance on me. I am grateful for my job and the things I get to do.

That means when you challenge folks and do things differently you are going to get a little wet, also life’s other passengers might not like it but that’s OK. There are a lot of things that need changing and why not me and we to do it. Be bold and have good cheer because our time is near to do some great things. Be yourself and be the best at it while making a difference in the world. Do this thing that will inspire you and others.
