A group from Miller Motte College visited Blood Assurance today and I gave them a tour of our main campus. They are phlebotomy students learning how to draw blood for various purposes. They were a great group who were interested in all the things that go into what we do.

Some Mondays feel a week long. Hang in there everyone. Make it the best you can.

When the powerful treat people poorly and take advantage of them there will be a reckoning eventually. No matter if it’s an entertainer or a politician or a judge or a businessman, there will be justice in one form or another. When you think you will get away with it somehow your actions will be held in account. The powerful will pay one day.

I believe its important for people from both sides of the track to be treated as human beings. When you see a finely dressed person you might find someone who is a complete mess on the inside. Then you might see a person who might not be in the best appearance have their lives together. Judging someone for what you see on the outside is not right. Having favorites is a human condition.

We live in a grand global community where there are people are in different places and spaces in life and at some point we will all go through things that will cause us to struggle so no matter what our outsides are its what is on the insides that matters most. Our hearts and minds are sensitive places and caring for that is what will get us through life. Loving others is a great thing and loving yourself while you are at it is a truly special thing to do.
