Yesterday was Good Friday. Tomorrow is Easter. It’s in the in-between when there is much chaos and uncertainty. For those who followed Jesus, there is pain, turmoil, heartache, and many questions being asked. Like anything else in our lives, the time between two events in our lives can be a little unsettling. Patience can be a virtue but it’s very human to lose a little faith while waiting. As Tom Petty once sang “The Waiting Is The Hardest Part”. Sunday is Coming but getting through Saturday will be tough.

Holy Saturday Reflections
Tomorrow Christians celebrate an empty tomb and their houses of worship should be empty too. Jesus said to love thy neighbor and staying home is one of those ways you can do that.
May humanity, kindness, love, peace, inclusion, patience, peace, kindness, and acceptance be resurrected on Easter.
However you may or may-not celebrate Easter may it be a time when your family can come together and be whole and renewed. May you find your spirit reborn and that life has new meaning.
A Holy Saturday Comment
Yes, Sunday is coming but its Saturday where we should feel uneasy like the disciples felt. The chaos of that day when Jesus in their minds was dead is something to be contemplated. We cannot ignore that in-between when all Hell seemed to be breaking loose and Jesus’ crew were shaking with fear. I think its that experience that should never be glanced over. For many of us its that uncertainty where faith, belief and truth are tested.
