Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all who observe. Remember the man St. Patrick who this day honors and what he did in his life and ministry for the people of Ireland. To those who will be celebrating tonight, do so safely and with merriment.
To all celebrating may you have a day to remember a great Saint and have some fun in the process. St. Patrick’s Breastplate is an iconic prayer said to commemorate the day. May the luck of the Irish be with you all.
May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
An Irish Blessing
Happy St. Patrick’s Day my dear friends. Have fun but be safe.
(From History.com) Every year on March 17, the Irish and the Irish-at-heart across the globe observe St. Patrick’s Day. What began as a religious feast day for the patron saint of Ireland has become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, dancing, special foods and a whole lot of green.
