When someone with your name is getting cussed out by their manager it kinda makes you feel awful. Even though it’s not about you. Tonight I was at a restaurant where two people who worked there were named Tony. My nerves are shot by hearing my name called out so much.

It kinda sucks that some people pay the price for the mistakes of others. So often people will do things that requires changes for a whole operation and a new policy that inconveniences those who are following the rules. Frustrating, just frustrating.
