Before you can work smart you must work hard.

Before you can work smart you must work hard.
Yesterday was not a very productive day for me. I couldn’t get any rhythm or traction going in my work. I hate Tuesdays for that reason.
A day later I’ve bounced back and I’m having a much better day of meeting my quota which is higher than what my work demands.
Keeping at it can be a good thing. Persistence is a virtue that can benefit us all in our lives on and off the job. No matter what you have got this.
When things are tough give yourself a break.

Have the best Monday you can my friends. Hang in there. Love and peace.
I’m almost 50 and age should be just a number but in an office it can issue. Older workers have lots of experience that can benefit the whole company.
It’s interesting that some older workers see lots of people come and go over time. I know that from personal experience.
Personally I try to keep up with the culture so that I might be relevant and relatable to my younger co-workers and other relationships.
Being older in the office doesn’t mean being stuffy it can mean that little can phase you which can be beneficial to all.

It’s Monday everyone and it’s time to get to it, whatever it might be. Let’s have the best week possible. Grace and peace good people.
