Do you throw a noodle at a wall and see if it sticks? I have always done that, hahaha, and if it sticks it means that it is perfect and ready, if it falls off it still needs to cook for a little while… Yup I partake in noodle throwing when cooking pasta, pasta night is always a fun night for the family at least hahaha 🙂

A while back I switched over from the deep pot to the shallow pan cooking method and my results have been great, in fact better.
