I am in a bit of a dry spell at work…everyone goes through that. You work hard to break through to make things happen and it just doesn’t happen. My struggle the last couple of days is making quota in my job. You keep on going and no matter what you do its just not happening. Frustration begins to set in and you find yourself done. This is not a uncommon among people who work in a production environment.
Factors such as time of year, availability, life situations can impact everyone. One thing I learned years ago is that the more you throw mud at a tree the more will stick. It’s a take on you reap what you sow. Sowing requires hard work and dedication. A farmer preparing for rain means he has faith enough to plant for the future. Faith in different forms can also give some assurance in the future.
Getting through a dry spell isn’t easy. But with hard work, dedication, intelligence and a little faith you will be able to make it through. Don’t give up, don’t give in, do work hard, everything runs in a cycle. Yes the struggle is real but you are really going to make it.
๐ Look around and youcan find someone with more problems than you have Your frustrations will disappear.๐

My boss said the worst day he has had here on the job was better than when he was without stability in his life. I can believe it.
