It’s Saturday and for many of us it’s a couple days of earned rest. Today I hope to get a few things done including some housework. We started off the day with omelettes with biscuits and gravy. Let’s hope that gets us through the day. Weekends are awesome for a lot of reasons but this weekend has come at just the right time. Let’s hope for a better week next week. They are a basic, unflavored scone that is a little softer and lighter. It’s not like sweet biscuit that we American’s call a cookie.
