I have had a reduced amount of energy today. Maybe it’s my Monday work schedule that has me going in earlier or something like that. My wife has recommended I take some vitamin B12 tablets and I am thinking that I should do that. Extra sleep would be good too I think. Even tonight I was “phoning it in” at Zumba. Mondays are the worst and I need to change how they go.
Hey, You’re doing great if you’re doing zumba….at least you’re not eating Laffy Taffy in bed like me Ha!!

I find Wednesdays more difficult, when we’re too far from weekends, either last or next weekend. However, do you not find it strange how 5 days can be very tiring for us that we do need the weekend? That’s a fact I discovered only the last few weeks.
