Your right to believe in what you want is as important as my right to believe in what I want or someone else’s right not to believe in anything at all. We should have more faith in our God(s) or lack thereof of choice that it will all be sorted out. In the meantime, we can treat everyone with respect.

I think your attitude is very admirable in that you are tolerant and seek to co-exist with non-believers and pray for them. I am not sure where I am with God at the moment. I have always believed in God, in fact that God created the universe, but I have been exposed to a lot of atheists online and this has made me question my faith. I am just discussing whether to go to church on Easter Sunday. If all religious people were as tolerant as you the world would be a better place.

I am an American Anglican (Episcopalian) and I am rediscovering God and the worship of God is something to give peace and purpose. I encourage you to pop in to a local parish and just be in the moment. Thanks for following me BTW.

Respect should go both ways. I firmly believe and I absolutely agree with this. If only some people could understand this, the world would be a happier and peaceful place to live in…

It’s really quite simple, Do Unto Others as You Would Have Others Do Unto You (extremists aside)…doesn’t that answer and resolve everything! Happy Easter Tony!! 🙂

Yes, if we discriminate, we are not being Christ-like in he way He desires either. That is the essence of hypocrisy amongst followers today. It’s between the individual and God, it is not up to those who surround you.

Hate and discrimination against any belief or lifestyle need to stop. Just because we may believe a certain way doesn’t give us the right to stone another for a belief contrary to ours. Jesus didn’t do that, so what gives us the right? I’m tired of all the hate that we are facing throughout the world today. We are all human regardless of our race and beliefs. Why can’t we just get along?
