Yes, I am a 46 year old man who does selfies. I have been told I am like a teenage girl in my doing so many selfies. I enjoy being a dork and that is one way I do that. There are more interesting things in the world to post about and I hope to encounter more of that through life. Selfies can be a innocent thing or a narcissistic thing people do…I can’t figure out which one I am doing yet. Can one do the selfie and remain humble at the same time?

I think so! Selfie all you want! I think sometimes people are too judgemental. I don’t do many selfies myself (except for the selfies with someone kind), but my husband is often away for work. If I feel confident, and I feel like I look good, why not take a selfie? No one else is here to do it! My dog is clever, but I don’t think she’s mastered the selfie function! 😉

You can take selfies AND be humble. I don’t assume you take and post selfies so others may adore you, I suspect you just like taking selfies. There’s no harm in that.

I don’t see anything wrong with it!! Taking selfies has actually boosted my self confidence because I’ve realised I don’t look that bad in them. Selfies aren’t just for us young people!!
