I found this on Facebook. I work for a blood bank, I like maple syrup and pancakes are awesome. However I wouldn’t say they are more important than family.

  1. No, pancakes and maple syrup are not more important than family. Unless you’re talking about REAL maple syrup, not that fake flavored corn sryup stuff. When it comes to a contest between genuine pure maple syrup and family — Leggo My Eggo.

Hou work at a blood bank? Cool. Maybe you can explain to me why my local blood bank does not want my AB negative blood, but they are desperate for my plasma? It just seems weird to me. I would love to be a regular blood donor to keep my iron levels in check, but giving plasma does not get rid of excess iron, which I am genetically prone to have.

Life isn’t fair, ya’ know? But it is always better with real maple syrup. At least there’s no iron in syrup. Now if they would just stop “fortifying” flour with iron, then I could eat more pancakes. 😀
